Terms & Conditions
- Warranty will be started from the date of purchase of original GFC product.
- Warranty card will be filled by dealer/shop keeper properly with following information at the time of purchase.
i. Customer Name & Contact No.
ii. Product Model and Date of Purchase
iii. Dealer Stamp & Signature. - Empty/Incomplete warranty card or tampered warranty card / smart sticker will not be accepted for any kind of warranty claim.
- Customer will have to present original warranty card to Service center/ ASC/ Service engineer for warranty claim.
- Along with original purchase slip. (photo copy required in additional)
- Warranty does not cover any fault or damage resulting from accident, attempted repair, mishandling or negligence on the part of customer.
- Warranty does not cover burning of motor due to seepage of water into the motor (except water proof ceiling fans)
- Warranty claim covers 1-time replacement of motor only.
- Plastic parts are not considered for warranty claim.
- Company provide kit replacement within 1 year (once only). (For AC/DC & Inverter fans)
- Warranty do not cover any replacement of plastic parts only motor & electronics P.C.B will be replaced.
- Company is not responsible for any accident or damages due to misuses of product. (Physical or financial)
- Company & customer agree to resolve any legal dispute in jurisdiction of court in Gujrat Only.
General Instruction
- Protect the product from dust and make sure that earth wire is connected properly.
- Before you operate as it is necessary for your absolute safety.
- Faulty fan motors will be replaced from GFC authorized distributor/dealers.
- Customer required to physical check his product before purchasing, any brakeage/damage will not be covered under warranty.
- Specially check heating element in the electric geyser before purchasing from shop.
- Do not switch on the geyser element without filling the water tank, as it burns the tank and element.
- Fan blades and plastic parts will not have covered under warranty.
- Warranty of spare parts other than motors are as per above mentions schedule.
- All other parts which are not mentioned above will be charged to customer as per tariff.
- Service Charges will be applied on the complaint where technician changes any part.
- Under warranty part are changed as per parts availably basis i-e (new/old/repaired)
Complaint Registration Process
A customer can call on GFC Help line # 0340-1111008 or send WhatsApp message on 0340-1111008 to register his/her complaint by providing his/her credentials, or visit GFC web site for automated complaint registration through our web portal /AI Chat Bot. Or contact us through email Service@gfcfan.com.
A walk-in-customer can directly visit on our nationwide service centers and to fix his/her GFC product.
