    To comply with GFC Fans’ return and warranty policies, customers are required to record a video while unboxing the product at the time of delivery. This video acts as valid proof of the product’s condition upon receipt and is mandatory for processing any claims related to damages, missing items, or discrepancies. Please retain the video until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

    Refund Policy for Online Paid Orders

    GFC Fans does not offer cash refunds on purchased items. A refund may only be processed under the following conditions:

    • The customer cancels the order before GFC begins shipment processing.
    • The delivered item does not match the original product specifications listed at the time of order.

    Cancellation Policy

    GFC Fans values customer satisfaction and offers a flexible cancellation policy. However:

    • Cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been confirmed and shipping is in process.
    • Orders under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
    • No cancellations will be entertained for limited-time promotions or special occasion products.

    Out of Stock Situations

    While we aim to maintain sufficient stock of all products, in the rare case that an item becomes unavailable:

    • GFC Fans may offer a replacement with a product of similar specifications.
    • We will initiate a full refund as per the original payment method.

    Refund Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

    GFC Fans does not offer direct cash refunds. A refund may be granted only if:

    • The item delivered does not match the listed product specifications.
    • After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed via the original method, using the provided account title and number.
    • The refund will be issued within 15 business days, subject to your bank’s processing time.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Products purchased from www.gfcfans.com may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

    • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
    • The product is different from what was ordered or does not match the listed specifications.

    Time frame for Exchanges

    • If a product replacement is requested within the warranty period and the same product (variant/color) is out of stock, an equivalent-value alternative will be offered. The original warranty period remains valid.
    • Replacements are valid only if:
    • i. The item has visible damage or defects within 24 hours of receipt.
    • ii. There are missing accessories.

    If no issue is found after inspection, the same product will be returned to the customer.

    Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

    • To report issues, send a message via the complaint form on www.gfcfans.com within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order ID and clear images or video of the product.
    • Our team will respond after inspection typically within 48 business hours.

    If the Product Differs from What Was Displayed

    • Notify our website chat support team within 24 hours of receiving the item.
    • The team will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

    Non-Eligible Conditions for Replacement

    The following scenarios will void eligibility for refund or replacement:

    • Unboxing video or photos not provided
    • Original product packaging is damaged
    • No e-invoice or purchase reference available
    • Dissatisfaction with product look/feel or minor color differences
    • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours
    • Damage due to electrical surge, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
    • Accidental or environmental damage (e.g. spills, heat, etc.)
    • Normal wear and tear from regular use
